AI Strategy & Context Engineering
I help mission-driven companies figure out where AI fits, architect the right solution, and build it when the scope is right. I specialize in context — how you structure and feed information to agentic systems so they serve real people, not just dashboards.
Book a Discovery CallThe Thesis
“The industry is obsessed with intelligence. The real unlock is context — gathering it, structuring it, and deploying it so AI actually works for the people who need it.”
— Kelechi Nwanevu, Founder
What I Do
Most AI consultants can advise or build. Rarely both. I lead with strategy, architect systems-level solutions, and build when the scope and stakes justify it.
A focused engagement to map where AI fits in your operations — and where it doesn't. You get a clear, honest roadmap. No hype, no filler.
Fixed ScopeOngoing strategic access. I become the technical advisor in your corner — helping you evaluate tools, vet vendors, and make decisions with confidence.
MonthlyWhen the scope is right, I build it. End-to-end — architecture, integrations, deployment. I take one engagement at a time to give it the attention it deserves.
Currently booked. Next availability: Summer 2026.
Project-Based · LimitedHands-on sessions for teams who want to understand AI beyond the buzzwords. Practical, grounded, and tailored to your actual operations.

About
I studied systems engineering at UVA — decomposition, state transitions, feedback loops, decision modeling under uncertainty. At the time, I didn’t know how much it would matter. Now it’s the foundation of everything I build.
Software engineering is becoming a systems problem. Agentic AI is a systems problem. The question isn’t whether a model is smart enough — it’s whether the context reaching it is structured well enough, whether the workflows around it are designed for real humans, and whether the whole thing holds up when the edge cases show up. That’s how I think. That’s what I was trained for.
I’ve done digital consulting at a Big 4 firm — enterprise systems, CRM architecture, public services clients. I’ve managed products at a top 10 US bank — orchestration platforms, regulatory environments, data infrastructure processing billions of records. I’ve built CRM implementations from schema design to workflow automation. I know how to interview stakeholders, translate messy business problems into technical specs, and make data tell a story.
Now I run Uplift, where I apply all of that to the problem I care about most: making AI actually work for the organizations and people it’s supposed to serve. I’m also building my own products in the agentic space — because the best way to advise on this work is to be doing it.
What We’re Building
Uplift isn’t only a consulting practice — it’s a vehicle for building technology that solves real problems. We create products in industries we care about, and we’re developing the underlying infrastructure to bring agentic AI into organizations that need it most.
A platform for the creative and events industry — built for DJs, curators, photographers, and the people who bring culture to life. Socialite solves coordination and discovery problems that existing tools ignore, because we’re part of the community we’re building for.
socialite.artWe’re developing an agentic infrastructure layer that helps organizations gather, structure, and act on context — so AI systems serve the specific people and workflows they’re deployed for, not just generic use cases. This is the deeper work behind everything we do.
More to come.
Who I Work With
I’m selective about who I take on. Not every company needs me — and I’ll tell you if you don’t.
Health access, cleantech, food security, creative industries. You have domain expertise and a real problem. You need someone who can architect the AI layer and build it with you.
10–200 employees. You know AI matters, but you’ve either tried and it didn’t stick, or you don’t know where to start. I help you find the real opportunities and avoid the expensive mistakes.
Let’s Talk
Start with a conversation. I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help — and if I can’t, I’ll point you to someone who can.
